Services

Entretien Mantain provides property maintenance, small repairs, service coordination, and light renovation support for homeowners, landlords, property managers, and building owners.

Service availability may depend on location, scheduling, scope of work, and the type of request.

Service Requests

Submitting a service request does not guarantee that the work will be accepted or scheduled. We will review the details provided and follow up with the next step.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including the property address, contact details, service description, photos when available, and any relevant access instructions.

Estimates and Pricing

Pricing may be provided after reviewing the request, photos, or site conditions. Larger, unclear, or more complex work may require an on-site assessment before pricing can be confirmed.

Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time. Pricing may change if the scope changes, hidden conditions are found, additional work is requested, or material costs change.

Materials

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, supplies, disposal costs, special-order items, permits, and related expenses may be billed separately or included in the estimate.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area, confirming building rules where applicable, and providing any required permissions from landlords, condo boards, property managers, or building owners.

The client is also responsible for removing personal items, valuables, or fragile items from the work area before service begins.

Scheduling and Access

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, supplier delays, emergency work, or previous jobs taking longer than expected.

If access is not available at the scheduled time, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed on the estimate, invoice, or written communication. Payment is due according to the agreed terms.

Late payments may result in service delays, collection steps, or refusal of future service.

Changes, Cancellations, and Additional Work

Any changes to the approved scope may affect the price and timeline. Additional work must be approved before being completed.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

Limitations

Entretien Mantain is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, structural defects, unsafe conditions, improper prior work, or issues outside the agreed scope.

We do not guarantee that all requested work can be completed during one visit.
